Flint-Stone coating transforms dated kitchen counter tops and vanities with the look of stone. It's unique flecked properties mimics stone but without the cost of replacement.

Most of the time kitchen counters and vanity tops are in good shape. There might be a few nicks or stains, but that's about it. The nicks can be filled in and the stains will be covered up. After coating with Flint-Stone, the counter or vanity will have the sought after stone look popular for kitchens and baths today.
The best part may be that Flint-Stone is available in a myriad of colors. That means almost any decor can be matched with a Flint-Stone product.
Most homeowners spend between $1,600 and $4,100 to get new kitchen counters. Refinishing is way below even the lowest figure. That means customers get a beautiful kitchen while saving tons of money. It's a win-win.

Application:
The final finish can vary due to variations in the paint, equipment settings, and spraying technique. For best results, try to avoid application in humid conditions, or when the temperature is below 60 F or above 100 F. Flint-Stone must be applied with a #5 (2.2 mm) needle! We offer two types of clear coating for the flint-stone.

If you are NOT using a primer, we highly suggest using our newly formulated Essentials Kitchen Renew Satin Clear Coating. It is applied to the countertop in three even crosshatch patterns immediately (wet-on-wet) after the Flint-Stone is applied. Each coat of Kitchen Renew Satin Clear dries to tack in 15 minutes with good air flow, normal humidity and temperature.
If you are using an epoxy primer then we highly suggest our 320 Clear Coating, available in both High and Low gloss.
